The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with an overview of the various sanctions in different EU Member State national legislations. Speakers will make short presentations from their respective countries and will provide insights into the application of the national sanctions based on practical experience to date. Confirmed speakers include Andreas Meisterernst (Germany), Paola Corte (Italy), Vicente Rodriguez Fuentes (Spain), Jean Savigny (Belgium) and Andreas Natterer (Austria).
