    Moderated by Ms Irene Verheijen (EFLA President), this EFLA virtual workshop will focus on the topic of digital marketing and e-commerce, and will look at the current situation in different EU Member States. Ms Paola Corte (Lawyer at Studio Legale Corte) will address the new guidelines for the interpretation of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, bringing also examples of the Italian Competition Authority cases on digital and influencer marketing. The activities of the Dutch consumer authorities related to this topic will be presented by Ms Sarah Arayess (Lawyer at Say Legal Studio). Finally Ms Leonie Evans (Lawyer at Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte) will talk about developments in Germany, including the recent decisions of the Federal Court of Justice regarding responsibilities of platforms and influencer marketing.
