We looked into the actions of risk managers when handling scientific complexity. Specific examples in the areas of food additives, fortified foods, flavourings and plant protection products were addressed as well. The second session of the Congress focused on the substantiation of marketing claims, including environmental claims, beauty claims and nutrition and health claims.
