Dr Ulrich Herzog, Chief Veterinary Officer of the Austrian Ministry of Health, Ms. Katharina Kossdorff, managing director of the Food Industries Association of Austria, and Andreas Müller, Head of Vienna Food Inspection Authority, member and former Secretary General of the European Working Community for Food-Inspection and Consumer Protection presented some insights on the upcoming revision of Regulation (EC) 882/2004.
