The workshop included an overview of the state of play on the question of origin (Mr. Peter Loosen, BLL), a closer look at national rules on origin labelling in France (Ms. Nicole Coutrelis, Coutrelis & Associés), Spain (Mr.Vicente Rodriguez Fuentes, Legal Agrifood Abogados) and Italy (Mr. Ferdinando Albisinni, Università della Tuscia) and a presentation of the results of a survey on national COOL schemes, Poland (Ms. Joanna Krakowiak, Wardynski and Partners). The presentations were followed by a discussion session.
